Wouldn’t You Like To Be At THAT Bar?

  1. Yes – and no.

Yes because it is history. No because that whiskey has been sealed in bottles for however many years, and will taste just like it did then. To mature a whiskey, it needs to breathe. Wood casks. Losing a little whiskey to evaporation every year.

That is why Old Whiskey is Expensive – there’s less of it, and you have had to keep it hanging around for a while. And – not to forget – it tastes divine!
