Curried Butternut Squash Soup Recipe.



Enjoy! I just made this tonight, to ward off a chilly fall evening. Rumor has it the heat will return by this weekend, but until then I’m taking advantage of those wonderful fall flavors.

This soup is simple and absolutely delicious. It’s going into my regular recipes repertoire. I haven’t added anything new in a long time, but this one is worth the extra typing.

    1. A thousand apologies. I went in and added the amount. My bad. The original recipe called for one tbs plus two tsp of curry powder. I think one tbs is just fine, though. Try whichever way, though! And thanks for letting me know.

  1. Ooh yummy! I’ll bookmark this for colder weather. We’re 80+ this 3-day w/end so I don’t think I’ll be spending any time in the kitchen – just some time in the sun I think. Too bad we can’t “bank” the heat in our body a bit and then withdraw it gradually in the next few months.
