I traded the radishes for a second set of English peas. The woman handing out the farm shares also threw in another bunch of chard.
So, arugula pesto, steak tip kabobs with marinated zucchini, summer squash and mushrooms and a spring salad. Picked up a fresh sourdough so that will be the starch portion.
This week will feature spinach quiche and chard with lemon and white beans. Got a ton of arugula. What to make with it? Hmmm.
